We provide landscape construction, maintenance, enhancement, and related services primarily to residential consumers and, to a limited extent, commercial customers. It does not replace any separate contract, service agreement, payment-portal terms, or other notices that may apply to particular services.

• Project and service information: information about your property, requested services, project preferences, photographs or other materials you submit, appointment details, estimates, proposals, invoices, service history, and communications with us.
• Payment and transaction information: invoice numbers, payment status, transaction confirmation details, billing address, and related payment records. If you submit card, bank-account, or other payment credentials through a payment portal, those credentials are generally collected and processed by our third-party payment processor, not by JMR.
• Website and device information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP address, dates and times of visits, and similar technical information.
• Communications information: emails, online form submissions, phone call details, text-message opt-in and opt-out records, customer-service notes, and other information you choose to provide.

 

3. How We Collect Information

We collect information in several ways, including:

• Directly from you when you submit a website form, request an estimate, schedule service, make a payment, communicate with us, or otherwise provide information.
• Automatically through cookies, pixels, server logs, analytics tools, and similar technologies when you use our website.

5. Payment Portal and Payment Processing

We may allow customers to pay invoices or deposits through a third-party payment portal or payment processor. When you use a payment portal, you may be asked to provide payment-card, bank-account, ACH, billing, or similar payment information directly to the payment processor. The payment processor may collect, store, process, and transmit that information under its own terms, privacy policy, and security practices. JMR generally does not receive or store your full payment-card number, bank-account number, or other complete payment credential from the payment portal. We may receive limited transaction information, such as your name, invoice number, payment amount, payment date, billing address, confirmation number, last four digits of a payment method, payment status, chargeback or dispute information, and other information reasonably necessary for accounting, customer service, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping. Because payment processing involves third-party systems, you should review the payment portal’s terms and privacy disclosures before submitting payment information. JMR is not responsible for the payment processor’s separate privacy, security, or data-retention practices, except to the extent required by applicable law or an agreement between JMR and the payment processor.  

6. Text Messages and SMS Marketing

We may use text messaging for service-related communications, such as appointment reminders, scheduling updates, project updates, billing reminders, and customer-service communications. These messages may be sent to a mobile number you provide to us and may be sent using automated technology where permitted by law. We may also, on occasion, send marketing or promotional text messages about our services, seasonal offers, maintenance programs, promotions, or other opportunities. We will seek consent before sending marketing text messages where required by applicable law. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from JMR. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to a text message from us or by contacting us using the information below. After you opt out, we may send a confirmation message or other legally permitted administrative message. For help, you may reply “HELP” or contact us directly. We do not sell your mobile telephone number or text-message opt-in consent to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your mobile number, text-message status, and related records with service providers that help us deliver, manage, document, or comply with text-message programs, but they may use that information only to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by law.  

7. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
